I do the fridge in a pinch, but the valves can get a bit sticky, so definitely rinse. I soak in soapy hot water when I get home. Sanitize once a week. I would only use one set each day and just rinse them in between sessions and wash them each night. I sterilize once a week. Or once every two weeks. Maybe even longer than that. I only sanitize once a week or so - usually on the weekend. And I've been pumping for almost 9 months with no problem. At work, I throw it in the fridge in a ziplock bag, rinse after the last pump and then wash with soap and water at night at home. I would get a spare set though just to relive more stress and pressure to wash right after pumping. I wash and sanitize after every pumping session. Is it even necessary to sanitize every time? I've seen people mention that they put the pump parts in the fridge between pumping sessions... do you need to rinse them off first? Or just leave everything all connected? Or maybe i just need to buy another set of parts so i dont need to wash as often. What do you do?
