Omg, y'all! The lizard came out!! I guessed it was in the vacuum cleaner because my dog was sniffing like crazy around there, so I brought it out and layed it down on the ground.

Well, the lizard popped out and my cat caught it again! But then my dog saw that my cat had it, so she chased the cat. The cat dropped the lizard, the dog chased the lizard while I ran to get a bowl to cover it. And I did!

So now the lizard is under a glass bowl in my living room with a bag of cat food on top to weigh it down. My dog thinks this is the cruelest thing EVER to do this to her, lol. After freaking out and chasing it around and around the bowl, my dog has settled down into watch-dog position.

I'm waiting until my DH to get home to release it! I'm so happy it came out and I could catch it!

Lol, we always have lizards around here. I like them because they eat bugs. But I try to get them out of the house (more like wait for DH to do it, he's a good lizard catcher) because I don't want him to die in the house.

No it's HUGE!! Like 4-5 inches from tip to tail. If it was just a little gecko, i wouldn't be so worried about it, but it's HUGE!

DH doesn't get home till 530. I'm almost positive it's in the closet still. The dog has set up post right outside and is keeping an eye out, lol. The cat, who has the best chance of catching the damn thing, has wandered off. UGH.

The closet has a ton of random crap in it, so there's toooons of little places to hide. If I do find it, i'd probably just scream and run away again, lol

OMG!!!!!!!!!! We had a lizard come into our house! It was little and DH thought it was so cute! Luckily he was home and threw it outside.
Is the lizard still in the closet do you think?!
I would grab a plastic shopping bag and try to grab it with that!

It's so pretty in Austin today, so I decided to have the windows and back door open so my dog and cat can go in and out because they love to sunbathe. Well, I look over and my cat has some funny looking stick/grass looking thing in her mouth, so I'm like "Wth is that in your mouth?"

I walk over to her and try to grab her and she drops a freaking LIZARD on the floor!! It's still alive, so both my cat and dog are freaking out (me too, although I'm just screaming) and chasing it around until it goes in the closet under the stairs!

Now my cat has no interest whatsoever in going after it and my dog just gave up looking for it.

WHAT DO I DO!? I have a lizard in my house! AAAHHH!!
