I was on hold forever this morning until I actually had to go do stuff that I couldn't be on the phone for but they give you the option to leave a message so they will call you back. It's been since maybe 9:30 and no call. You can email your order too (which is how I originally found out the price) but no response there yet either. I found it on the thermos website. They'll need the model number of the foogo because there are a few different. I had two different models and ordered a few replacements for both. I don't remember how much $ but it wasn't much at all. We have two cups and the straws have been chewed through on both of them so they are virtually unusable. I found replacements for Funtainer cups and they look the same but say they won't fit Foogo because the straw is too long. Does anyone know if they will at least fit the top part of the Foogo cups? It seems so wasteful to throw away a perfectly good cup just because of a chewed straw!<br /> Thanks! </p>
