I really love this thread too. Great idea! It is so easy to complain about things, and sometimes I forget what I do have. I am thankful for (not terribly original, but it is all absolutely true):

1. my wonderful husband. i love him so much more now than i did when we got married 4 years ago. he is so thoughtful and does so much to make me happy.

2. my family. my parents are still healthy and they are still so willing to help me out. i appreciate their generosity so much more now because they are getting older and don't have to be the way they are to me.

3. being pregnant. i feel so lucky that we got pregnant quickly and that it has been a pretty easy pregnancy so far. i cannot wait to meet the little grumpkin! i never knew i could love someone so much before i've even met them.

4. my job. in this terrible economy, i am so lucky to be at a firm that respects me and that i respect too. my boss is amazing and i don't know that i could ever have a better boss than she is.

so many other things to list, but those are my top 4.

I am thankful for:

My husband: he has put up with my mood swings and been nothing but supportive. I feel bad that he catches the brunt of my bad moods, but he seems to understand.

Our Parents: Both have been nothing but supportive throught his entire pregnancy. We have had a ton of ups and downs, but they have been amazing.

A Healthy Growing Baby: Yes I still have my cyst, but it shrunk enough that it will not affect the baby's growth. She is an active little bean who loves to let me know she's still in there. I can't wait to meet her in a few months!!!

How sweet! You have so much to be thankful for!!

I am thankful for:
-My husband. He has been so wonderful through my pregnancy and I know he's going. To be an amazing Dad.
-My parents. They have always been generous with their money and time and really are a huge help. I love them so much. They have their bags packed and are ready for their grandchild to arrive!
-Good, stable jobs
-A house that will be paid off in 12 years, my car that will be paid off in one month and his car which will be paid off in three months. No major problems with any of those three things.
-Good friends who are so supportive and there for us whenever we need them but who also understand when we just don't feel like doing anything.
-Our health, even wih the little things that have come up recently.

What a great thread!

-My healthy, happy, sweet baby girl. And the fact that she sleeps 12 hours every night.
-My family who is always here for me when I need them. And I need them a lot!
-My health. This one is hard for me because my migraines are still pretty bad and it's hard to feel like crap pretty much every day. But things could be worse, and I'm grateful that it's not!
-My DH. He just makes life so much better and easier.

I've been doing a lot of mental & actual complaining lately and realize things can be so much worse! And it's not even bad now! I have so many things to be grateful for and instead I've set the positives aside and have been focusing on the negative. So I've decided to start today by naming a few things I should be grateful for:

+ My health. It's not perfect, but I can leisurely sit here and browse this site, type this message, and wait for my marinade downstairs to work its wonders in peace and security.

+ My husband. He's a wonderful man! Of all my hardships in life, it evens out with him.

+ My friends and family. They're all healthy - we all have the luxury of complaining about the little things without feeling out of place because everyone's doing fine. I'll include my HB fam here as well: a place where moms and moms-to-be from around the world can all just share our thoughts and opinions. HB's a great community and support! Thank you!

+ Our security. Aside from our mortgage and student loans, we're pretty much debt free and the feeling's not at all overrated! I may not have the newest phone, latest gadgets, and best of everything, but knowing we'll be all right in case rainy weather comes our way is priceless.

+ Last of all my LO in the belly. We tried what seems like a long time before successfully conceiving and at one point in time, I didn't think I would ever know how it feels like to be pregnant. I'm so grateful!

What are a few things you're grateful for?
