I so wanted to have a witty response but I was so shocked that someone whose name I do not even know would be yelling down the street about my baby-making that I just said, "Not today." Lady, we can discuss my dog and the weather, but my uterus and its uses are not a conversation topic for the whole neighborhood to hear.
