Maybe he underestimated how much work it was, and how much financial pressure it gave him. On top of that, his wife probably put 85% of her time to the kids (three of them! All raised from newborn at the same time) and 15% to him. I AM LOVING THIS SHOW. They were right that it fills the hole in your heart that Parenthood left behind! The only weak spot I think is *some* of the acting, but Mandy and Milo make up for it for sure. And the writing. I loved how they captured their history in a few short scenes. I can NOT wait for the next episode. Excited to see how they portray the difficulties of new motherhood.
