He pounded on a piece of cheese until it broke, but then was upset when he couldn't put it back together. He ate literally one kernel of corn at a time and insisted on spearing them with a fork *all by himself*. ("no mom! no you do!") He traded forks with me multiple times. He refused to eat food that he normally loves. He tried to distract me (and himself) from eating by being silly. I could go on. So, so glad he went down for a nap relatively easily. </p>
