We keep diapers and creams and toys (to keep him distracted) in the drawer. On the first shelf, we have his wipes warmer and 2 canvas bins with miscellaneous baby items (extra wipes/diapers, baby medicine, first aid kit, etc). From there, I hung a toy organizer from IKEA that has 6 pockets.
