I haven't seen the Amazon ones, but I've seen ones used in the schools that are projected up onto the wall. There are some really cool ones out there! But if you're not feeling it, then pass. They'll have plenty of time to see those at school. Plus, I wouldn't want them looking at a screen all lit up right before bed.

I have never used my free amazon prime book for a children's book, but I have downloaded some free children's books on my kindle from the free amazon Kindle store. We travel a lot, and books are heavy and take up precious suitcase space. It's a good substitute, but at home we use real paper books.

I've seen that, too but I don't like the idea for kids. We just read regular books.

Not a fan for kids - I prefer an actual book!

I have a Amazon prime account and with it one of the perks is a free ebook every month that's going to be released the following month. You can usually select from 5-6 books.

Anyway, this month one of the selections is a children's bedtime story.

I'm not sure how I feel about this? I prefer to read to them from a physical book. Not sure I'm ready to introduce them to books on a gadget yet at almost 4 and 18m. :/

What are your thoughts?
