Thanks ladies. After doing some research and manipulating my chart a bit (discarded 2 obvious outlying temps) my chart went back to an CD19 O day. Temp dropped last night and sure enough, AF today. It's pretty amazing to see how relatively normal this chart looks after many many years of forced cycles with artificial hormones (and being completely irregular prior to that). I'm proud of my body's ability to bounce back! :)

I definitely think you O'd on CD19 as well. I went off BC 5 months ago after about 13 years and it took me over 70 days to get AF so it's great that you O'd. Since it is your first cycle off BC though you dont really know how long your LP is. I'd wait a couple more days and see how your temps look and then test again.

Good luck!

I think it def looks like you O'd on CD19. I know its frustrating trying to figure it all out and I too have dissagreed with FF. After being on BC for so long and then regulating it takes a bit to get into "normal". Chances are your charts are going to look different each month for the first few months. Best of luck!

Hello bees! A little background: I'm 28, had been on the pill for 11 years, and am charting my first cycle since stopping. I am using a basal thermometer and trying to have consistent waking times (though getting 3 hours of consecutive sleep prior to that is often an issue). I haven't been charting my CM yet because the pill really changed things for me in that department and I'm waiting to see what my "normal" is. We are currently TTA (withdrawal) for a little while longer before actively TTC. That being said, I know no method is perfect and my current chart was actually making me a bit nervous.
Until yesterday Fertility Friend had me ovulating on CD19, which makes it almost appear (to me) that I was entering a tri-phasic pattern CD29 on. Then all of a sudden it decided that I ovulated on CD28, changing the whole chart/coverline. For those of you who have been doing this for a while, does FF recognize tri-phasic patterns? Is there a way to manually enter your coverline and O date if you disagree with their calculation? I tested this morning and got a BFN so maybe FF is actually correct...

Thanks for letting me ramble :)
