For me, I get pretty bad migraines so sleep is necessary and important. DH goes above and beyond when it comes to night time wake ups.... well that was when LO did wake up at night. Now we're both very lucky and she sleeps 12 hours :)</p> <p>But for other things he helps out more on vacation since he is there. I'm a SAHM so I do a lot by myself during the day. He did morning duty, diaper changes, and bath time. IF we were on vacation now with this sleep regression I would for SURE make DH feed LO a bottle in the night to share the duties. </p> <p>We shared more of the day time duties and DH really enjoyed being more involved. Vacation is like an extended weekend, where my husband does more diaper changing and food prep. We're going to be there for a while and I'm ready to have someone else help share the middle of the night duties. If nothing else, I just want my husband to take any pumped milk to the fridge when needed. It's that little thing - getting up and going to the kitchen that seems so small but would mean so much. I haven't asked much of him overnight since the baby arrived. I just want a small break. I think I'll mention it to him today sometime. </p> <p>When you go on vacation, do you share more baby duties than normal? </p>
