Some patterns have them and some don't. DD is an "active" baby and busts out of the snaps during the night. I've found her with the sleep sack over her head asleep. We bought the 6-18 month size and she's got lots of room to grow so far - but she's only in The 15th % for height. </p> <p>It's really warm, washes well, nice and soft. It has two snaps on each shoulder, and a zipper that goes from the bottom up around the side, and is covered by another snap. I paid an exorbitant amount for it because I was desperate at the time. ;) $55 CAD.
