@MrsRcCar: anything smells awful coming back up. /: it is probably the stomach bug going around like others have said. The illness has reach epidemic proportions so it wouldn't surprise me. When we saw the dr, she said nothing for 4 hours after getting sick. Clear liquids from 4-8 hours after. They included jello and popsicles in the clear liquid. Then after that the brat diet for up to 24 hours after. But you can start giving normal-ish foods 16 hours after. I always did a pb&j at the 16 hour mark

@BabyPenguinXO: He was not amused with the idea of just a cracker. He look and me like WTF mom this is not food.

@MUI831: @BabyPenguinXO: @Greentea: thanks ladies for the support. He has managed to keep Gatorade/water mixture down and a cracker. He wanted so much more food but I told him no which just broke my heart and his. He just cried. He is napping now but maybe when he gets up I might try some other bland food.

I would probably resort to some mello foods like plain rice.. Plain chicken... Dry toast. Lots of water and pedialyte.

DS had that this summer. Unfortunately, we had driven 2+ hours to visit my brother and family for the weekend. So that got cut short. He spent the whole day puking but asking for food and water. We would usually just give water and that wouldn't stay down. However, after driving home he was totally fine. We gave him some applesauce before going to bed as he was hungry.

He had his normal Apple cinnamon oatmeal with soy milk and a dash of cinnamon sugar. Along with his sippy cup of protein enriched soy milk. He had nothing out of the team of normal today.

What was for breakfast? Our son used to vomit randomly (with no fever as well), and it turned out he had a sensitivity to cow's milk. We swapped out to soy milk (and later, hemp milk) for a while, and it stopped right away!

I'm guessing it's s stomach bug, it's been going around our area like crazy. No fevers, but stomach can't seem to handle much, hopefully it is quick moving for you! It seems to be a pretty quick bug around here.

The last two days N has had gross blow out loose poop. Fast forward to today, he was playing with his breakfast which is completely normal. After he ate he was ok for like 45 minutes and then he just started throwing up. Once he was done throwing up he went on just fine like it didn't happen. So I cleaned him up and popped in a movie. About 45 minutes to an hour later he threw up again this time just a little. I popped him into the tub and now he is just laying here on me looking like he feels yucky.
He isn't running a fever or anything. I am not sure what to do. I just want him to feel better.
