I had it with my first son. I believe I did 2 rounds of diflucan, both 7 days long. My son was on nystatin too. So much washing. So much boiling of binkies, bottles, pump parts. So much pain. I hope you've caught it early and you don't have to deal with it for too long. Keep your breasts dry. Let them air out after each feed. And don't use too much balm. So so sad.</p> <p>I am going to cut all sugar and wheat and eat lots of probiotic foods and only wear bras once for a week and see if I can kick this.</p> <p>I am the only one with symptoms at this point. LOs cleared up with cream about a month ago.</p> <p>So frustrating. In your position, I would trust your OBs. My LC and OB's opinions differ on the length of treatment (14 days vs 7 days). </p>
