She was super into Santa at the time, so that explanation seemed to work for her.</p> <p>This week we had thunderstorms and, suprisingly, she remembered our explanation of avalanche controls and decided lighting/thunder were also Santa's checkup visits! She got super disappointed when we reminded her that Christmas is still a long ways off. :)</p> <p>How do you explain thunder and lightning to your toddler/preschooler? </p>
