My OB never said it would untilt itself or mentioned pain. She basically said it was tilted but not to worry. I've felt cramps occasionally but nothing to get me worried. They are just really light. Not even as bad as period cramps. Never thought it could be my uterus straightening out. I'm 13w5d and this week I've been having a lot of little pains and twinges in my bump, usually either on the left or right side. The pain is mild, but of course it has me a little worried. I was thinking back to my NT scan when the tech said I had a tilted uterus and that I could expect cramping as my uterus started untilting itself. She said it should be normal by 15w so I'm wondering if this is related. </p> <p>Did anyone with a tilted uterus have these kinds of pains? Or are these pains just typical pregnancy related stuff? </p>
