I'm worried about this as well. We'll be traveling to a place that's 2 hours behind our current time zone. I know when Daylight savings happened, it took DS a lil while to get used to the time change. I'm afraid by the time he gets used to the time change at the destination, it's time to come home and we have to retrain again. Oh man.... talk about a stressful trip! Since your LO is a lil older, she may surprise you after a day or two there! :)

We are traveling over the holidays to my parents' house, which is 2 hours ahead of our local time. We will be there a week. I wondering if it is better to try to adjust LO's sleep schedule for the time change or try to keep her in our time schedule. Like of bedtime starts at 7 here, should I do it at 7 there or at. 9? S

She is 2 and historically not a good sleeper away from home. I am trying to have a plan so we all aren't exhausted!
