Your schedule sounds perfectly fine! I'm sure you could do lunch earlier or later in that window between naps and LO probably wouldn't mind. :)

A is 8 months old and this is roughly our routine:
8:00 wake up/nurse
9:00 breakfast
10:00 nap
10:45 up from nap, nurse
11:00 out and about
12:00 lunch
2:30 nurse, nap
4:30 up/nurse
5:30 dinner
6:15 bath
7:00 nurse, story time, bed

Eta: I usually feed about an hour after bf, so that she wants the food but is still getting most of her nutrition from milk. Have you considered bringing lunch with you so you can go out and get things done?

I don't BF, but here's our schedule...

Up at 6:30, 5oz formula
Breakfast at 7:30
Nap at 8:30
Up at 10:30, 5 oz formula
Lunch at 11:30
Nap at 12:30
Up at 3-3:30
Snack at 4
Dinner at 6-6:30
bath, and 5oz formula at 7:30
bed at 8

It changes depending on what we have going on, but that's the basic (I'm going to drop the mid-morning bottle soon). I use snacks to be more flexible with meal times. If we need to run errands or have plans, I may just do a snack time and push a meal back. Or do an early meal, and then give her a snack later.

Here's what we do:

7:30 - Wakeup and nurse
9:00 - Breakfast
10:30 - Nap
11:45 - Wakeup and nurse
12:15-ish - Go out and do things
1:45-ish - Lunch
2:45/3:00 - Nap
4:30 - Wakeup and nurse
6:00 - Dinner
7:00 - Bath/bedtime

We sometimes switch it up and have lunch right after her post-morning nap nursing session and then go out, but I find she naps better if she eats about one hour before her nap.

Help me come up with a schedule for when to do meals. Here's what our day looks like, nursing and sleep wise.

7:30 am wake up and nurse
10:30 am nurse to sleep for nap #1
11 up from nap
2:30 nurse to sleep for nap #2
3 or 3:30 up from nap
6:30 bath time
7:30 asleep (having nursed to sleep)

Right now I do breakfast around 8:30, lunch around 12:30, and supper at 5:30. I'm wondering if I could do lunch earlier to maximize the time I'm able to actually leave the house. Lol.

Thoughts on a good "schedule" (I hate that word) for us?
