I remember that happening in the early weeks of BFing. It would be random and it was uncomfortable. I remember going to dinner w/ DH one night and it happened 4 times in that dinner. It got much better around 6 weeks and only happened when I fed her.

I remember this happening to me early on in BF. It was between feedings, too. I think it's things just replenishing and readying for next time, if that makes sense. It eventually went away.

@Mrs. Bee: yup, exactly. Tingly feeling with no leaking. Is the letdown normally when milk starts flowing?

Hmm maybe you are experiencing a delayed let down? I'm not really sure but I let down in between feedings regularly. So you get the tingly feeling but no milk is leaking?

Throughout the day, I have tingling sensations run through my breasts. This is not comfortable. I have heard of your breasts tingling during letdown (which I haven't experienced ) but didn't realize this would happen.

Does anyone else experience tingling that is very uncomfortable between feedings? It's not always right before a feeding either. It might happen a half hour after the last feeding. Is this normal?
