We put that on him 3 or 4 times a day and it keeps his skin clear. Do short, not so warm baths without using soap/shampoo every time and lather up on lotion immediately after, while the skin is still semi-wet. I use the ecezma aveeno. I also use triple paste on him for diaper changes. What detergeant are you using? Some are white, most are flesh-colored. I've mentioned it to my ped and she just thinks it's dry skin. But it seems to be getting worse not better. I think it might be a product sensitive and/or dry skin. (My skin is really sensitive too.) it does not bother him and he does not have a fever. Based on pictures, I don't think it's eczema because its not scaly.</p> <p>I use California baby shampoo/body wash and lotion. I use Kirkland free and clear detergent. And I've been using aquaphor the last couple of days to help.</p> <p>Suggestions? </p>
