My tiny prints orders have all been fine, but I did have an issue with my sister's wedding invitations that was handled very professionally by WPD (same company). Some of the response cards were not cut straight. I was kind of bummed, and mad at myself for not looking at at them all first (all 100 of them!). I emailed tiny prints tonight just to let them know. They emailed me back in an HOUR on Easter (!) giving me a 25% refund on the order. I have to say, I'm pretty impressed. </p>
