Here's what I have found works best: actually laugh while you're having your picture taken. Think of something funny and just laugh (quietly!). I am very excited but also very scared! I am a suuuper shy person. When DH and I did our engagement shoot we had a beer before which helped. This time around I can't have a been since I am pregnant!
