For ds I found this little air mattress with a blanket attached, them I stuck it inside of a sleeping bag. Lots and lots of blankets are my only suggestion. Is 50's the nighttime low? If so I'm jealous.

@Honeybee: we haven't coslept before so I'm afraid my lo wont do well with that. She doesn't even do well with dh and I being in the same room with her..... she thinks that if we're there then its play time, not sleep time. But that is my plan b if she cant sleep because she seems too cold.

@mrbee: we will be in the same tent. When I said we'll be on the tent right next to her, I meant we'll literally be right next to her in the tent.

Will she sleep with you in a sleeping bag? We zip two together so everyone can sleep snuggled up together. Also, a hat at night is helpful in keeping them warm, and try to get off the ground if you can (blow up mattress or a tarp and extra blankets). If 50 is very cold for you, you could always look into a tent heater, too.

LO is 19 months and still wears a sleep sack instead of a blanket. We're going to bundle and layer her up as much as we can..... and put a blanket on her since we'll be in the tent right next to her, but I have a feeling the blanket won't last.

We live in Florida so while we have some experience camping in the cold weather, we usually have warmer weather. And If it's just me suffering I don't care as much as if it's my baby. Any ideas on how to keep her warm at night?

FYI, cold for us is in the 50s.
