Standard rooms just have a shower so I used a blow up tub at the bottom of the shower. Also the doors are not very wide so I bring a stroller that is not very wide and used my front pack. Pack plenty of diapers and wipes. The cruise line will provide a crib. but not crib bedding . They use regular sheets. Not exactly the same situation but I was glad that I packed complete outfits, dish soap to have in the room for washing sippy cups and water bottles. We had travel games for dinner (we 3 adults and 1 child so that made a HUGE difference!) , prepacked all might need medicine and a thermometer, BANDAIDS . We also didn't have any expectations in the sense of adult entertainment. My husband and brother went to shows at night and I stayed in the room (I go to bed early anyway) We are beyond the stroller age so I'm not sure if that made things easier or harder. I would never have noticed it until it was pulled down prior to our arrival. It was not a very popular destination with kids, so we also got a lot of help from fellow cruise goers who mentioned how much they missed their grandkids ;) We ate a lot of breakfast and lunches in our room so the kids could run around since they had to be pretty well behaved for the rest of the day. I packed as light as possible and kept outfits in gallon ziplock bags so it was easy to grab and go.
