I would make a mini voodoo doll. Sounds dumb, but it actually really helps!

I am so sorry you're going through this and I can't recommend enough to start keeping a record of everything she does. Because if your boss doesn't talk to her soon, you can go back and give specific examples of what she did and when. Also, each time she gets up ask when she'll be back. Be polite, but make a point to do it each time. If she gets snippy just say you need to know how long you'll be covering for her, which is exactly what you're doing when she runs personal errands.

Unless eating at her desk is not allowed, this might be something you have to put up with. The most you can do is mention it to your boss, but if she's allowed to eat at her desk I don't really think you can ask her to eat somewhere else. What you can do though is to intentionally leave whenever she eats. The second she plops down with a smelly gyro or something tell her you have to run a personal errand and to cover for you. After a few weeks of doing this I think she'll get the hint that you hightail it whenever she eats.

I would definitely go talk to your boss again and explain that this needs to be addressed immediately. Not only is she being unprofessional but she is wasting valuable company time, which in the long run costs the company a lot of money. Her behavior is also distracting you and your other co-workers from doing your/their jobs properly. It's much easier to have your manager deal with these kinds of situations than to go one and one with her. It's a good idea to talk to your boss and have the "official" talk so that you've basically expressed your concerns in writing. If your job performance somehow became negatively affected because of this co-worker, you can always go back to your documentation about the complaints you've communicated your manager and explain your situation (so that they know it's not YOU). Better safe than sorry!

I would give your boss a couple more days to address the issue, if they have yet to do it I would go to him/her again to stress the lack of professionalism and doing her job. Explain that she is wasting company time and money with her behaviour.

If that doesn't work, then I would address some things yourself however leave the work ethic to the higher ups. I would ask her to eat in the breakroom as you are sensitive to smells & ask her to let you know when she will be returning when geting up from her desk so you can let others know.

I have this co-worker who drives me absolutely INSANE! We work with each other on average 2 days a week together (12 hr shifts), and they are seriously the longest days ever! There's only 3 of us that work together at a time, and we work close, so ignoring her isn't really an option.

She's just very unprofessional. She often comes to work half ready, and spends the next 30-45 minutes doing her makeup and hair. After finishing that, she promptly goes downstairs and gets her lunch (we come in at 10). Which she eats right next to me instead of going to the breakroom. It smells, and she just has gross eating habits (I could write a whole seperate post about that). After that, she puts her headphones in and spaces out so when people walk up to the station to ask a question or for help, they see her jammin out and half the time she doesn't even realize they were there. Almost every single time I work with her, she has some errand she has to run on work hrs (we have 4 days off a week to do personal things), and will leave me to work alone no questions asked. Not to mention when she's not jammin on her ipod at the station, I usually have no idea where she is or where to find her.

I'm so fed up and I'm afraid I'm going to blow up on her! Our boss is supposed to be having a talk with her because other co-workers have complained as well, but in the meantime, how do I deal??? Sorry for the long post, but it has been building up for awhile now, and I'm reaching my limit!
