<description>&#60;p&#62;I third vitamin D and I also find B12 helps (although I know my levels are low), a lot of these things require other nutrients to be absorbed properly so I, do make sure I take a good vitamin to cover my bases. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I am still a work in progress in this realm too, I don't know if it increases energy but I find it helpful not to overestimate what can be accomplished in an hour or a day. Also, taking five minutes to sit down and mentally check in goes a long way- do I need a snack? Water? What else do I need to do? I guess that mostly helps me make the most of my energy.
