Following this! My 13mo eats a fairly wide range of foods, but if he didn't see it / try it before around 9 months or so, it ain't happening!

i keep offering (i don't follow the 15 or however many days in a row though) and try not to get upset when LO refuses. if i took it personally or got frustrated, mealtimes would be horrible.

Just keep offering it. I believe in the idea of just taste it, too. He doesn't have to eat it but he does have to taste it. And that is the same every time we sit down to eat. Just taste it.

Yay!
1) the standard of keep offering. It takes like 15x for them to eat and like stuff
2) eat it yourself and get excited. Stuff is always more fun when it's yours
3) change the appearance. Carrot sticks don't happen, but carrots diced up, do.

Still a work in progress at our house. One day E was eating broccoli, the next she was throwing it across the table. I even try to get her to dip some veggies but then she just sucks the dressing off

@ladybee: first off, yay! I think C will be having a milk challenge in the next month or so! Keep trying! I have the pickiest eater but I continue to give him the foods he spits out (eggs, for example) over a weeks time and eventually he gives in.

My 15 month old has recently grown out of a milk allergy. I am so excited! However, he is refusing ANY new foods. Any tips to help?
