<description>&#60;p&#62;That really stinks what your nanny did. Backing out at the last minute is terrible! That must be stressing you out so much. I'm sorry. I'm not sure what you can really do to prepare. The first day is the hardest and it gets easier from there. Hugs. Hope you can find replacement care asap!

<description>&#60;p&#62;Hi bees. It's been a rough week. My 12 weeks is up this week and our nanny just backed out. I'm supposed to go back to work Monday and we are having to patch people together who are SAHMs &#34;willing&#34; to watch our LO. I'm basically devestated. I don't want to go back as it is and the thought of leaving her with someone that doesn't know her well and won't be able to give her their full attention breaks my heart. I'm working 11 hour days so I'll basically only be able to nurse her once in the morning and once at night. I know I'm just having a bad week and throwing myself a pity party, that things could be much worse, but it's still hard. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Any tips for going back? Anything that might make this more bearable? I'm not a crier/worrier but it seems that's all I've been up to this week.
