<description>&#60;p&#62;@PurplePeony:  Going to deal with this again soon, so I'm hoping what helped before helps again.   Mainly exposure to daylight, even if LO sleeps.  When we went on a trip at 8 months, it involved keeping her up later, so it was good that we were out in the city life at night.  She was so interested in seeing everything going on that she adjusted really quickly.   I'll be honest though, with such a big time difference, it took LO a week to get adjusted.  But I've been told it gets better the older they get - just try to keep them on schedule according to the new time zone.

<description>&#60;p&#62;Specifically for my 8-month-old? DH and I have done the trip many times so we're used to it, but this is DD's first big trip. We're going to see DH's family and there is a 10-hour time difference, so I'm worried about how she'll handle it. When we went to see my parents (3-hour time difference), she just went to bed later and woke up later and it was no big deal, but obviously we can't do that this time.
