Thanks everyone- I have been able to keep Gatorade and some toast down today. I may try oatmeal at lunch! Food poisoning is never fun but trying to juggle a baby and a 3 year old (even with a lot of help) on top of it...whew.

I can usually keep Gatorade down better than water - the lemon-lime flavor is usually the least offensive to me. I hope you feel better soon!

Ugh, I'm sorry. Being sick sucks. Try a BRAT diet (bananas, rice, applesauce, toast) and drink lots of water. I also had to increase the number of times I pumped to keep my supply up while sick.

Hugs, I'm sorry that is so draining. I hope you feel better soon. I'd try rice or toast when you're feeling up for it. Rest as much as possible.

Hi all- I got slammed with a navy bout of food poisoning today and am really struggling with anything other than laying down somewhere. Fortunately I had help with my 2 month old and since I EP, plenty of milk in the fridge/freezer for him to drink while I'm down for the count. I've been trying to keep up my pumping schedule but it's been hard. I'm really worried about a dip given I can't keep much down (water even). Hoping that improves- suggestions for what I can eat/drink that will help hydrate/get more calories in me but easy on the stomach?
