I was going to sleep at 8:30. The extra half hour helped so much! Going for a walk and a cup of tea, but really, that's about it. With my first pregnancy, I used to go find an unused conference room on my lunch break and nap. Just closing my eyes helped soooo much.

I had a lot of trouble with this, too. I relied on things that I thought of as 'refreshing'. I'd go grab a glass of ice water, or an apple right out of the fridge.

I also, maybe, just maybe, didn't give up caffeine completely! (my doc ok'd this, tho)

+1 to fresh air and also to kissing your concentration goodbye :)

Standing up at my desk, though I can only do that for a little while before my back starts to hurt from leaning over to type. Getting up periodically and doing yoga stretches.

Ugh the first trimester is awful! I was constantly dozing off. Getting out of the office for some fresh air a few times a day was the only thing that minorly helped. As for being focused, you can kiss your concentration goodbye from now until forever lol!
