We use mineral sunscreen so it's very evident when it's on her. We just use a wet washcloth on her face and have never had an issue getting it all off.

@Foodnerd81: We use babyganics too and I (well DH does bath time usually) just wipe with a washcloth and a smidge of baby soap. We've never noticed any residue after that so I feel like this is fine?

@Foodnerd81: I do the same thing. I lather baby soap in my hands then wash it over his face then rinse off with washcloth.

I use badger cream and stick sunscreen and maybe I just don't notice it's still there?!

Maybe I'm bad, but I just use regular washcloth and baby soap and don't worry too much about it. I don't even really use soap on her face. I usually use the babyganics stick on her face and it definitely leaves white marks for a few hours. I'd rather that and have her protected.

The only way I could get mineral sunblock off was to use baby oil on cotton pads first.

I never feel like I'm doing an adequate job of washing sunblock off of LO's face. I'm using a baby soap and wash cloth. Anybody have any tips?

I'd also be interested in non cakey sunblock recommendations. Whatever LO is using at daycare (Badger?) looks ridiculous on her.
