I just did this for a friend. I don't know of I did it "right," but I wrote about their strong desire for and love of children, my friend's strong moral character, and how they would make loving and responsible parents. I stressed that she had been resolute in her determination throughout their IF struggle, and that said something about her character.

I was stressed about it at first, but then I decided to just tell them about my friend and show them how awesome she was. I hope it works!

Good luck!

DH and I have some close friends that have gone through hell while TTC and have recently decided to purse adoption. They've asked us to write them a letter of recommendation for their homestudy. I know that our letter will be a tiny part but I want to give them the best possible chance of having everything go well. Does anyone have any tips? I am not familiar with the adoption process and I definitely want to avoid anything that could hurt their chances. They are amazing people and have been wanting a child for a very long time.
