Has your LO and mine been talking? N does great with meds, E not at all! He needs some Motrin to take the swelling off his face but instead he just throws it back up.

Similarly, we would cut the end of a soothie paci and stick the medicine syringe through the hole a little and he'd suck it down.

We've been having to give L antibiotics for a double ear infection and the only way that works for him is if I put the medicine in the nipple of a bottle and give it to him when he is hungry. I don't put it IN a bottle, I just put a nipple in a ring, flip it over, put the medicine in and then stick it in his mouth with no bottle.

Good luck!

my oldest takes medicine like it's water so I'm at a loss..

is there a trick to this? I've tried a little at a time, all in the back of her mouth, putting pacifier in so she'll suck and swallow, etc. etc. she always gags and throws it back up. she is miserable from teething and I feel terrible, how do I get her to take this?!

I'm so afraid of putting it in an oz of milk (she takes a bottle) and then having her decide bottles suck or something..
