I had them from Les Madeleines in Utah a few years ago, and have been dreaming about them ever since! I kept telling DH how good they were, blah blah blah. After LO went down for the night, I took the box out of the freezer to cook them, and was heartbroken to find that they need to be proofed overnight! Nooooooooo!
