I also ovulated 2 weeks after miscarrying while still spotting. It did taper down. My doctor warned me that if i kept spotting, it could mean there was still tissue inside me. My heavy bleeding was over by a couple of weeks and then I spotted for a few more. The next few periods were a bit different. But my miscarriage was very very early and was natural. I'm assuming a D&amp;C is probably different.
