I have external, have since about mid pregnancy with my first, and they don't bleed but they get pretty uncomfortable. You need a prescription for an actual ointment that will really help them. I'd mention it at your next appt, they won't even look at them. You can get the ointment or suppositories. The suppositories would probably be better for you, but not as comfortable. I got them at the end of my first pregnancy then they mostly went away soon after. Pretty much as soon as I got pregnant again they came back and have been horrible since. Did before I had E. They don't bother me. And you can have them removed after you have the baby since they bother you. A girlfriend of mine had them lanced immediately after, while she was all numbed up. You don't have to live with them, though. I don't know how cause I never pushed and I don't recall being majorly constipated all the time if ever.</p> <p>Tucks... PrepH. They're still here. He was born November 2013 and I gusss I just kind of ignored them and treated the flare up. Well im 21 weeks pregnant And they have been a major bother. Not usually toooooo uncomfortable but the blood loss is always terrifying. They definitely have times of discomfort.</p> <p>Does anyone know if they can be cured? Am I stuck with them? My MFM said the doctor wouldn't do anything while im pregnant and I'm afraid to google. But I really hope I don't just have to live with them. I had them for a year after birth so I'm guessing they weren't going away on their own... </p>
