Fingers crossed tonight is as easy. I'm okay with nap time being a thing of the past. I've been thinking lately how her night time sleep would improve (read less early morning wake ups) without them. He cried, but once I showed him that they were truly gone and not in our old hiding spot, he got over it pretty fast. She and her daughter packaged the paci up and sent it to the "paci man" so he could give it to a baby who needed it. It did kind of ruin our nap routine in that he had to be SUPER tired to fall asleep and has permanently shifted to a late nap. She tried to use it for a few days, held it to sleep, and then eventually said "broken" and threw it away on her own. She was about 17 months I think and at that point only used it for nighttime sleep, so by then I had rounded up all paci's and only had 1 when it was time to wean. </p> <p>I'm not sure how effective it'd be to poke holes..
