@BabyPenguinXO: I absolutely LOVE my BFF!! I feel like I'm always around the boards just talking about this bag. lol I have 2. They are 22 months apart (6 months & 2 years), and it's been the perfect size for me. I carry a pouch with snacks for DS. I have his and my water bottles on the outside pockets. Then I have a be quick that I keep all the diaper stuff in. Both kids are in diapers right now. I have a cosmetic case with first aid stuff in it. I keep an extra burp cloth, outfit change for my youngest, bibs, and small toys for my youngest as well. There's still room for more, too. I love the mommy pocket to keep my sunglasses, wallet, keys & cell phone.

Other things I love is the way the bag opens up. So easy to find everything! The handle on the top comes in very handy. I probably use that handle to carry the bag 90% of the time. Backpack option is very useful with two kids. I can throw it on my back when i need to carry the infant seat in one hand and carry my son or hold his hand with the other.

That's my 2 cents. Of course it's not going to work for everyone and it is a pricey bag. I bought it back after I had my son so I feel like I've gotten my money's worth.

@BabyPenguinXO: So, I've been considering this bag for MONTHS but haven't been able to pull the trigger. I'm now looking at the Skip Hop Forma backpack. It has stroller straps, too, and it's a fraction of the price of the BFF (it's $70). The only thing is I really can't tell how much room it has on the Skip Hop website, but like the JuJuBe line, it comes with a couple organizers, I think, which is nice.

Problem is the two bags I like are very different. The other one, the Boken everyday essentials bag doesn't have lots of organization. But the BFF does which is why I like it! And they both have the cross body AND backpack option!

@BabyPenguinXO: not at all. My son is 17 months (today) and we normally just have a few diapers, a spare outfit, some toys, and a cup. I have an old version of the Vera Bradley bag that I got off ebay that works, its big but not huge. I figure with baby number 2, I'll just need to add another outfit and we'll be set. I did love that I could wear the BFF as a backpack that's one feature I wish I had.

It's such a pricey bag, and I think the JJ Cole Satchel might have more room for 1/2 the price. I actually had it for #1 and got rid of it because it was too big. She's 2 1/2 now and potty trained, so she carries a little backpack everywhere with her blankie, cup, snacks, and a spare set of undies/pants just in case. I got a smaller diaper bag (Skip Hop Duo) for this round. I wanted less bulk!

@jetsa: I don't love my current bag. It's too tall and things get lost. But I want something with cross body and backpack which is why the BFF looks so appealing. It's short and lots of pockets for organization. But that's great insight! Are you an overpacker!?

I actually just bought this bag off amazon and then returned it. To me it was too expensive (and I got it at the steep discount) and didn't have all that much more space than the bag I had for LO1. I just didn't love it but lots of people on here do.

I really like this diaper bag! It looks a lot roomier than you might expect it to be. I'm planning to BF baby 2 so that eliminates bottles and formula. My son will be 18 months so he really doesn't need much. Snacks, a water sippy, diapers.

I want to keep a back up bag in the car with extra diapers and wipes and clothes for him, spare blanket etc.

I don't carry EVERYTHING but I do like to have some medicine on hand for babe and myself, I don't carry much for me. My wallet.

BFF for 2?
