We did a family activity and had a cake and bought her a few small gifts. She was just happy we sang happy birthday to her. I voted she won't know the difference, since it is a little late, but I think a party is completely doable if you don't need the money for something else. 5 months pregnant is one of the most comfortable times in pregnancy for most people...I think.
