Temping actually makes me less crazy, so I temp every day/all cycle.

And it's helped pinpoint problems with my cycle (like low P) so I'm glad I did.

My temp doesn't usually drop until the day I actually get AF, so it doesn't really make a difference stress wise in relation to the let down of not being KU

@pui: I stopped temping after O on my
last few cycles when we weren't TTC yet, but this month was kind of wonky so I mostly kept up with it. I had a stomach bug and I wasn't 100%sure I O'd. Now I wish I had just given it up! Lol

@Mrs.Someone: SO stressful! I agree! I had a temp drop at 4 dpo and I've been obsessing over it. I hate seeing low temps on my thermometer. After coming off BC before DS I would go months without ovulating so it kind of brings back bad memories.

I preferred to temp and know exactly when AF was going to show up. Plus temping gave me something "productive" to do during the TWW. And when my temps went triphasic when I was pregnant, it was very exciting! Plus I knew when to test based on my temps, so the TWW was shorter than it would've been otherwise.

In an ideal world, I would stop temping after O so that I didn't need to see it come down. I'm dealing with some luteal phase issues post m/c, so I'm trying to document when my temp starts dropping for my doctor, but it can be so stressful to wonder what a given temp means!

I always stopped temping after I confirmed O and then waited for AF. I also wouldn't take a pregnancy test until the day AF was supposed to arrive. Temps can lead you wrong and get your hopes up for no reason. AF is a definitive answer, which I prefer.

Temping was too stressful for me! Until AF showed up, it was all "what-if" anyway...

TTC #2. I've been temping, but have skipped a few days because honestly at times it stresses me out. I may be off by a day or two but AF should be due tomorrow. Would you rather temp and see a bbt drop and feel disappointed all day, or skip it and be disappointed when/if AF arrives. Which is worse? Lol
