I do think the shoes look kind of summery though. I’m not sure where you are located- I’m in New England and you would be crazy to wear sandals like that today, it’s in the 30s out mid day. That said, I don’t think people will give much thought to your outfit, but they WILL notice if you look comfortable and like you are having a good time, or if you look uncomfortable and are tugging at your tights and don’t look happy.
