But even more since having LO. But I love him because I honestly don't think I could have picked a better person in this world to have a baby with. </p> <p>He does (almost) everything 50% (changing diapers, feeding LO, dressing LO, night time wakings). After reading these boards I realize a lot of husbands don't naturally do those things, and while I totally expect a father to do half the parenting, it's nice to not have to convince someone to want to do it.</p> <p>Anyway. I have been bummed because he has been working a lot lately too but yesterday he left work an hour early, came home, took care of DD while I made dinner &amp; cleaned the kitchen (something I have never ever seen him do) while I put DD down for bed. He really went out of his way to make sure all 3 of us got to maximize our time together while he was home. My battery just pooped out on my car, so he jumped it and then drove it to work (left me his truck) so that he could get it replaced for me. My car is always brushed free of snow and scraped in the mornings, and the driveway is clear.
