Give yourself the day to be sad. When our due date came and went, I was super sad as well. We had also started trying again and weren't pregnant by the time the due date came and went. And even those who knew about it still didn't understand how much the actual day hurt. </p> <p>I know it's hard, but keep your head up and keep trying. We dealt with that on August 12. It was so hard. I did better than I thought I would but I was getting ready for school. That took my mind off of it. All I can say is hug your DH, cry if you want to, and know that, unfortunately, you are not alone in this situation. It took us 6 more months, but we got our (hopefully sticky) bfp.
