Glad to hear it's going smoothly! Lo is 22 months and just started climbing out of the crib, so we just ordered her toddler bed. Until we get it she's napping in her sleep sack to keep her in the crib. I'm not looking forward to the transition, but I know it has to be done.

Last Sunday, we took the front bars off Jacob's crib and converted it to the toddler bed. It was kind of rough at first ... we had to stay with him until he falls asleep. The last couple of nights, we've been able to read him a story, tuck him in and he will cry for a couple minutes, then go to sleep.

Planning on starting potty training soon, too! He's been tugging at his diaper and saying "diaper" when he needs changed. He's 20 months.
