I've looked at Stride Rite, SKR, Pedipeds and Plae, and don't love what I've seen. For $40-50 I want somethings cute! He needs a 5.5 and he's 15 months, so he needs at least a flexible sole. I'm thinking something like a casual sneaker in a somewhat neutral color. </p>
