I make a batch of oatmeal muffins/squares every Sunday and they last us all week. I use this recipe as the base: http://allthingsprovident.blogspot.com/2012/10/oatmeal-breakfast-bars.html but tweak it to keep it from getting boring. I add banana, peanut butter, pumpkin puree, different spices, or dried fruits. I either make mini-muffins for F or cut it into squares. My husband and I eat them as larger muffins.

I'm sure there's probably a healthier recipe out there, but I figure this is better than sugar cereal or a pop-tart

Oh, and when we run out of this he eats Gorilla Munch cereal or frozen berries or an applesauce pouch. Full disclosure: he gets a 2nd breakfast at daycare about an hour later.

Yo baby sells yogurt in pouches now! And Siggis does squeeze tubes. String cheese? Turkey sausage links?

My 20 month old has to eat breakfast in car on the way to daycare in the am. Ideas? I used to do a ham/egg/cheese muffin thing but I don't like serving that all week to him since it has the egg in it...and I usually don't have time to prep during the week.
