Singing the wheels on the bus song is all that works right now. That's his favorite. I don't know what we'll do when the magic wears off!

He's a year. Reckoning with him doesn't work lol he just grins and takes off like a bandit. My husband pulled up a YouTube video for him and that worked well. I'm hoping that strategy works for awhile!!

@Applesandbananas: DS1 fights me like crazy for a few days and then backs off for longer. Hopefully this is just a phase? When he fights me I just talk/sing/ask him questions to distract him. We have a bunch of animal pictures in his room so I always ask about them. How old is your LO?

Giving her a book, singing a song, playing with her belly button, and as a last resort giving her my iPhone. I don't like giving her my phone because phones have so many germs unless you have just cleaned it! But then you should really clean it again after the diaper change so yeah...last resort!

Oh dear Lord. These are the bane of my existence.

LO flails and screams and flips and screams and throws whatever toy I've given him and screams more. It usually ends with him on the floor and me essentially pinning him down. It's exhausting and frustrating and it makes me feel like an awful mom, having to pin down LO.

Anyone have magic tricks up their sleeve?
