Don't laugh at my ignorance about the bathing suit but is there latex in the parts that made her itch?

it sounds like she could be allergic to the metal in the zipper?

i definitely am allergic to some buttons and zippers. it will run its course but try some eczema cream!

Has anyone else's kid ever gotten a rash from a bathing suit? I don't know if it's a heat rash, but it's showing up around her neck and down her back where the zipper is (it's a one piece rash guard type suit). It's a red rash that is making her scratch, and even though I've put cream on and given her benadryl she is still scratching. Help!!
