<description>&#60;p&#62;Are there any good toddler nutrition sites or blogs or books? &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Specifically I'm wondering how many calories my LO needs per day and how much fat is ok. I know they need fat for brain development but when I look at the nutritional info for some of the yogurts I'm feeding her, the #s look like a lot for a tiny kid!&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I did a search on HB for posts but I didn't see anything in the first few pages of results.
